Returns and Complaints

You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition with the original tag attached for a refund. The item must be in an unused and salable condition. If you send us a used item, we have to send it back to you and cannot refund you the amount.

  2. Fill out the form completely.
  3. After receipt and inspection, you will receive a return slip from us by email as a PDF.
  4. Please print this out and enclose it in the package. Now you can return the goods.

Returns from abroad

Report the return as described above. Please enclose the return slip with your return, otherwise your return cannot be processed!

Returns outside the EU must be marked as returns. We will have to charge you for any customs costs that we incur.

Returnenkosten

With consideration for our environment, we have decided do not offer free returns. We want to create awareness of delivery routes and minimize returns.

If you want to return an item to us, this is of course possible within the framework of the legal provisions.

According to our terms and conditions, returns are to be sent back by the customer at his own expense within the statutory cancellation period of 14 days.
If you make use of a statutory right of cancellation (see cancellation policy) you have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.

Please understand that we do not offer free returns. We have priced our items so that we can offer the right thing for everyone.

We can e-mail you a DHL label for return shipping, subject to a fee. You will incur costs of €5.99. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount of your return. If you would like to get a label from us for €5.99, leave us information in the comments field on the returns portal.

If you do not want to use this service, you must return the package at your own expense.

Free returns with Paypal payment

We would like to point out that you can get back the paid return costs if you paid by PayPal. Simply activate the "Free Returns" service once and apply for a refund. You can find out more directly from Paypal. https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Complaint

If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrived defective, then:

  1. Click the link above Apply for a return slip, this will take you to the returns portal.
  2. Fill out the form completely, upload a meaningful photo of the defect and briefly describe the problem in the comment field.
  3. After receipt and inspection, you will receive a return slip from us by email as a PDF.
  4. Please print this out and enclose it in the package. Now you can return the goods.

If your claim is approved, you will receive a free DHL return label.

Note: If an item is damaged due to intensive, incorrect or long-term use, this is not to be considered a manufacturing defect.

refund

Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us the days to check and credit it.

If the entire order is returned, the shipping cost (shipping cost) will be waived. The return costs are independent of this.

cancellation

If you find that you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before the goods are dispatched by sending us an email to shop@fritziauspreussen.de stating your order number. write We will then immediately cancel your order and transfer the money back to you if you have already made a payment. 

exchange

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be available when your return arrives. However, you can return the item you don't want to keep for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want instead. 

delivery

If you have placed several orders (from 49 euros order value), we try to deliver them in one package if possible in order to avoid individual deliveries and thus unnecessary environmental pollution.

We use packages multiple times

We want to keep packaging waste as low as possible and conserve resources - that's why we use well-preserved shipping boxes several times from now on. If you do not want this, please leave us a note in the shopping cart comment field.

Please note that our customer service is only available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it may therefore take a little longer over the weekend.
