Would you like to return an item?

You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier

We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our Returns portal, in which you with your order number and email process your return online.

Our returns policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (Possibly minus EUR 5.99 for the return shipment) - according to the payment method you have chosen. What you can't send back

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course, it's okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you wish to return.

Returns from abroad

You can also return returns from abroad in our Returns portal Sign in. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad must be borne by you.

If you have any questions about your order, please give us your order number directly so that we can help you even faster. We will do everything we can to process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that our customer service is only available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it may therefore take a little longer over the weekend.
